lands described in a Deed from
Leland Harris and wife, Jennie
Henris to Jeter McFails and
wife, Maude McFails, dated Jan
uary 12, 1945, which appears in
Deed Book ,95, page 323, Record
of Deeds of Yancey County, re
ference to which is hereby made
for a more complete description.
SECOND TRACT: BEING the
lands described in a Deed dated
June 20, ,1945, from Cecil A.
Hilliard to Jeter McFails and
