Little League Plays Spruce Pine East Yancey Little League football team will play Spruce Pine Red Skins on the East Yancey field, Saturday night at 7:00, Oct. 12th. Both teams are undefeated. THE YANCEY RECORD Youth Attend 4-H Camp There were eight pupil i from Yancey County who attended 4-H Camp this year. Our sub jects were recreation, wildlife, handcrafts, and hiking. Paramore Speaks Special services to acquaint Free Will Baptist people, and others who may be n.erested with the Free Will Baptist Bible College at Nashville, Tennessee, will be held this week-end in a number of local FWB Church es. Rev. Jack Paramore, (pic tured), Director of the Office of Development of the college, and a nationally known evange list, w 11 be speaker for the ser vices. Green Mountain Church, locat ed on the old Mine Fork Road, Burnsville, Rt. 1, will be host church for the first servee* Friday night, October 11. Bow ditch and Mine Fork Churches are to co-operate in this rally. Rev. Chari e Miller is pastor. Patterson Branch Church, on the road of the same name, is to be host for the Saturday night rally, with South Bend as cooperating church. Rev. Fran ces Radford is pastor of this church. Sunday morning, Mr. Para more is to speak at the Prices Creek Union Church, where Rev. Cas Thomas and Rev. Ralph Brigman are co-pastors; and Sunday night, the rally will be at Terry .'; Fork Church, on Hamburg Road in neighboring Mad son County. Miss Radford and Rev.
