meat, cut in 1-inch cubes 4 medium size pared
!4 cup vegetable oil potatoes, cubed
3/ 2 cups (1-lb. 13-oz. can) 1 teaspoon salt

1. Empty contents of seasoned Crumbs mix into enclosed

Brown meat cubes in hot oil in 5-quart Dutch oven.
2. Measure 1 cup of liquid from the tomatoes; add to meat stir
cover and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is nei? tended
Add tomatoes and remaining juice, onions, carrots, potatoes
and salt. Simmer 30 minutes longer. Stir in green beans and
remaining seasoned Crumbs mix; continue simmering for 20
minutes or * until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally
to mix. Pour stew into heated serving dish. y

charge of seven luxury crußes
out of Port Everglades, Florida
starting January 20. This past
month he returned from a 45
day cruise around South Amer
ica, and al7 day cruise to
Europe on the Hanseatic, a
sister ship to the Hamburg.
