LEGAL NOTICE NORTH CAROLINA r YANCEY COiINTY IN THE GENERAL COURT OF JUSTICE - SUPERIOR COURT DIVISION BEFORE THE CLERK HAZEL LOUBE BARTLETT GREENE BISHOP and hus - band, EDD BISHOP, Petitioners vs JOHN GREENE and wife,GRACE GREENE, Respondents NOTICE OF SALE The Clerk of the Superior Court having directed the un dersigned Commissioners to resell the property hereinafter described therefore the sai d Commissioners will on the 27th day of February, 1970 at 10:00 A.M, at the courthouse door in Burnsville, N.C., sell to the highest bidder for cash that tract or parcel of land situate in Gabtree Township, Yancey County, North Carolina,ad join ing the lands of Lat R. Young lot, and running W. 120 poles to a stake in the line of Mark Hall; thence S.with said Hall line 42 poles to a stake; thence E. one pole to a stake; thence S. 48 poles to a stake; thence S. 16 poles to a white oak, Robert Presnell's South west comer; thence S. 20 poles to a maplejthence S. 70 E. 9 poles to Blankenship's comer ; thence N. 40 E. with said Blan kenship line 6 poles to a white oak; thence S. 52 E. 12 poles to a stake; thence N. 53 E. 20 poles to a stake; thence N. 30 E. 24 poles to a Spanish Oak thence N. 20 E. 33 poles to a Maple; thence E. 54 poles to a chestnut in the line of Lat R. Young; thence N. 30 W. with said line 49 poles to place of BEGINNING, containing 65 acres, more or less. That from said tract of land the following exceptions and con veyances are: 1) EXCEPTING and RESER VING from this convey an c e all minerals of every kind and description together with full working rights. 2) BEGINNING on a cul - vert on the E. side of Sta te Highway and Northwest comer with said State Highway 1 y 4 poles to a stake; then a North east course 8 1/2 poles to a stake in the branch; then a S, W. course with said branch 9 1/2 poles to the BEGINNING , containing 1/10 acres, more or less. 3) BEGINNING on a chest nut oak known as the Lat'Yburg Ed Young and C. Young; thence W. 891 feet (54 poles) to a maple on the E. side of a branch; thane S. 30 W. 53 feet to a small cherry, Earl McGee's comer; thence with a small branch and McGee's line about S. 23. 419 feet to the BEGINNING , containing 30 acres, more or less.
