This an - nouncement was made jointly by Joe Horton, president of the Erwin company, and di - rectors of the Yancey Railroad who are furnishing the site on a rental basis for the new busi ness. The facilities will be built on land adjacent to the rail road station, and will have a frontage on the Burnsville By pass, where an office, a show room and storage sheds will be built.
