A description of said land shall be read at sai d place and time of sale. EXCEPTING, however, a tract of land conveyed by Ed - gar Lee Wheeler and wife, Lin da Ann Wheeler, September 9, 1969, to Zula Wheeler, which deed is registered in the office of the Register of Deeds for Yancey County in Deed Book 143, page 66. EXCEPTING, further, a tract of land containing 7/10 of an acre conveyed to Zula Wheeler January 27, 1969, which deed is registered in the office of the Register of Deeds for Yancey County in the Deed Book 142, page 93.
