Letter To Ed.
Dear Editor:
The plot thickens! It has
been 10 days since the momen
tous School Board meeting
wherein Burnsville Elementary
School was promised mobile
units to meet their emergency
situation. We understand that
no money is available to pur
chase these units. We under
stand that no special presenta
tion has been made to the
Commissioners to ascertain if
any money is available to pur
chase these units.
Let all Burnsville citizens
come forth to the meeting of
the County Commissioners on
Monday, December 7, and find
out IF they have the money to
provide these units...if they
do not, IF they are going to
raise taxes to a level to pay
for these units in the foresee -
able future.
k ANYTHING going to be
done to remedy the dangerous
and impossible conditions at
the Burnsville School... condi
tions that can only grow more
insurmountable when that
school can not be opened for
pupil occupancy in September
of next year?
