A June 20 wedding is planned. Cane River H.S. By Marvin Hensley Last Tuesday a basket ball game was played at Cane Riv er. It was played between five of Cane River's men teachers and five Cane River High School boys basketball team members. Clyde Boone spait a long weekend at Choah Resort near Robbinsville,N.C. on a fishing trip. Open House The Arthur Morgan School is holding an Open House Sun day, May 9, from 2:00 to 5:00 p. m. The school is located in Celo, Route 80 next to the Health Center. There will be a continuous showing of color slides about the school showing action and scenery. There is the new mu sic building, which is also the home of Ernest and Elizabe t h Morgan who founded the school. The house warming party was held last Sunday. The house is very interesting as it has unusual architecture. There will be exciting ex - hibits showing the activities of various classes.
