His letter follows in full. If you have a property resembling this description and you wish to sell, please call us at once, "Our basic requirement is a liveable home with small acreage. The most important considerations will be the setting and surrounding country. We require a property which is not on a heavily traveled road and not crowded by other homes. We would like to be in the mountains or at least within view. The location should be within a thirty min ute drive of basic shopping needs and within an hour of a major shopping area. Second to the setting on our list of criteria is land. We are looking for a minimum of five acres, the maximum depending only on price. There should be at least one tillable acre, Some land suitable for pasture, and some wooded. We would prefer some sort of surface water such as a pond or creek or frontage on a larger body of water. We would also welcome any established plantings such as fruit trees, bushes, or vines. Any working buildings such as a bam or shed would also be considered a plus. Our requirements for a living structure are quite flexi ble. We need three bedrooms and would like to have one or two fairly large rooms. We want a house in reasonably good repair r but we enjoy making some improvements. Our ideal is an older farm style home with a large kiteten. Other features we will consider are storage space and a basement or attic. With respect to price, we cap budget up to $30,000.00 but do not wstpt to exclude anything less than that. ~ We expect to pay a price that is fair and within our means."
