M TOWN SQUARE FACELIFT To The Citizens of Yancey County, Summer Residents And Visitors: r A county-wide project is in progress, sponsored by the Yancey County Chamber of Commerce, for which contributions by our residents and visitors are ernestly sought. The project, which is the beautifi cation or “facelift’ ’ of the Town Square in Burnsville is one which was most • desired by residents and visitors alike, according to a recent survey conducted for us by TVA. Several important recommenda tions were made by a landscape architect who was sent by TVA to study the square.
