The double ring ceremony took place at the home of the bride. Reverend Ben Lee Ray officiated. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Harding of Route 2, Green Mountain. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Hughes of Route 2, Burnsville. Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attired in a white crepe floor length gown with an empress waist, v-neck, and a chapel length train. The gown was accented with lace at the cuffs and neckline. The fingertip veil was trimmed with lace and pearls. She carried a bouquet of white rosebuds and steph innis umudin. . ...
