CUCUMBER SALAD 2 large cucumbers 1 medium size yellow onion 4 tblsp. sour cream 2 tblsp. white vinegar Vt tsp. salt V* tsp. white pepper 2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. dill weed. Peel cucumbers and slice thin. Skin and thinly slice onions. Blend sour cream, vinegar, salt and pepper and sugar. Mix with cucumber and unions and chill for several hours, stirring several times.. Just before serving add dill weed and stir again. HOT CHICKEN SALAD FOR BUFFET 4 cups cubed cooked chicken 2 small pkgs.froz. green peas (cooked) 4 cups sliced celery 1 cup slivered almonds Vt cup diced green pepper 2 tblsp. grated onion Vt cup diced pimento V* tsp. salt IVt cups mayonnaise 2 cups grated sharp cheese 4 slices bread in small cubes Combine all ingredients except last two and put in large casserole.
