Mr. Moss was a native of
Clay County, N. C. and a son

grandchildren, Karen and
Alice Carr, all of Augusta;
and one brother.Dr. Fred Mo as
of Washington, O. C.
Mr. Moss was a graduate
of Mercer University and at
tended the University of
Georgia, the University of
California and Columbia
University.
He Is a former personnel
director of the State of Calif
ornia, personnel director of
the Federal Land Bank of
Columbia, S. C? and served
with school systems in Frank
lin and Stephens counties in
Georgia. He was an active
Baptist layman.

a.m. Sunday in Moss Memorial
Baptist Church near
Hayesvllle.
