Recovers
False Teeth
(Editor's Note: Here's a
good yam that we omitted last
week because time was
scarce.)
Have you ever heard of a
man catching a set of false
teeth out of Hlwassee Lake?
Well, Steve Dockery came as
close week before last as
anyone ever has.
M. E. Maxwell of Knoxvllle
lost his teeth while fishing off
point seven Wednesday. May
16. He must have been excited
about hooking a big one. Any
way he reported his loss to
Elmer Taylor at Lodge Land
ing when he came in that night.
Steve Dockery, hearing the
tale from Elerm, borrowed
Elmer's aqua line diving set
and took off in search of the
teeth.
Steve recovered the "store
boughts" late Sunday afternoon
and reports the teeth are on
their way to the rightful
owner.
