it's seventy-eight session with
the Valley River Baptist
Church at Andrews on Wed
nesday, August 15.
The program will begin at
9:30 each morning and lasting
taitll 4:00 in the afternoon with
an hour out for lunch which
will be served by the host
church. There will be an Inter
esting program with reports
from the leaders of the as
sociation on the work accomp
lished In the past year. The

will bring the annual sermon
on Tuesday at the eleven

outstanding long-term debt of
the company and to provide
additional working capital.

term debt of $19.8 million at
the close of Its last fiscal
year on December 2, 1961,

$6.8 million. The new loan
requires no repayments until
