shaw officiating.
The bride is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. WJvi.Carroll
of 1010 GreenStreet, Durham.
The parents of the groom are
Mr. and Mrs. Maynard
William Kllllan of Murphy.
Mrs. Sam Angler, organist,
rendered traditional niqttlal
music and accompanied Miss
Elizabeth White, sollst as she
sang, "I Love Thee", "Calm
as the Night", and "The
Lord's Prayer".
Vows were exchanged be
fore a background of green
ery and lighted tapers. The
setting was completed with an
arrangement of white flowers.
Given In marriage by her
father, the bride wore a gown
of Silk Peau and Alencon lace
fashioned with a fitted bodice
and featured with a circle
neckline with long sleeves.
The sheath skirt front of silk
peua had a full back and ended
In a full eetr train. Her veil
of silk illusion fell from a
coronet of seed pearls. She
carried a white bible, topped
with a white orchid and white
streamers.
Mrs. SjC. Brown Jr., of
Columbia, Ohio was matron
of honor. She was attired In
a ballernla length dress of
sheer light apple green nylon
featuring a circle neckline,
three quarter length sleeves
and bell skirt., and wore mat
ching shoes and hat and a
cabbage rose flirtation veil.
She carried bronze mums and
English Ivy.
Other attendants were: Mrs.
Carolyn Ross of Winston
Salem; Miss Martha Dlughton,
Durham; Miss Molly Pipkin,
Charlotte, and Miss Maria
Morgan, Elizabethan. Their
