The lered veil of imported illus on was attached to a half rown of seed pearls and se nilis. The bride carried a Ingle American Beauty Rose. Miss Joan McAfee of lurphy, cousin of the bride, aa maid of honor. She wore blue silk organza dress with latching accessories and William Hughes, brother of the groom, was best man. Ushers were Robert Hughes, brother of the groom, of Smyrna, G*? Joe Craig, brother of the bride, Lynn Fleming, brother of bride, and Edward McAfee, cousin of the bride, all of Murphy. A musical program was presented by Mrs. Jerry Davidson, organist. The Rev. Marvin Hampton sang "The Lord's Prayer." The bride's mother chose a champagne brocade sheath dress with matching acces sories and a corsage of pink carnations. The bridegroom's mother wore an ivory brocade dress with matching accessories and a pink carnation corsage.
