The bride, given in mar raige by her father, wore a white three-piece costume of Italian silk with a bodice of Swiss lace. Her matching headdress was covered with lace and seed pearls and held a short veil of illusion. She carried a white Bible topped with white orchids and lilies of the valley. Her pearl ear rings were a gift from the bridegroom. Mrs. Lester A. Smith, organist, and Mrs. Timothy Tarzier, vocalist, provided a program of nuptial music. The bride's cousin, Mrs. John E.
