have returned to their home in
Norfolk, Va., after a 10-day visit
with Mrs. Moore’s parents, Mr.
and Mrs. C. D. Sparrow.
Mr. and Mrs. A R. Munn, Lucy
Gray, Delia Davenport, Verona
Sparrow, Catherine Hill and
Jane Patrick, attended the grad
uation exercises at Rocky Mount
High School last Friday night.

er’s sister, Fvelyn Pate, under
went an appendectomy recently,
but is improving nicely.

Betty Jane Byrd left Friday on
a trip to New York and other
northern points.

Aiissions, and Mrs. Stott is a
counselor and is assisting in the
