(Photo by Jack Rider) , Plans For Fair In October Include New Sheds For livestock The decision to begin immedi ately the construction of a shed to cover the livestock pens of the Jones County Agricultural Fair has been made by its building committee. The shed, 40 by 120 feet, will replace the tent used in the third annual event last year, and is expected to be ready in ample tune for* the Fair open was pointed out that a 4 ttty of; lumber had been left over from the construction of the pens which could be used in the new construction. The labor in the building will be donated in the most part by members of the Clen Newton Smith Post of the American Legionv at Trenton, which sponsors the annual fair. There will be around 30 open heifers, 20 bred heifers and from eight to 10 bulls offered at the Kinston sale which is to take place in the New Carolina Ware house. This sale will make available to livestock-minded farmers of Eastern Carolina some of the best blood in the Hereford fam ily.
