Answer: The owner of the trailer space would have to reg ister as landlord for it, and I presume he Has already done so. .You would also be a landlord, for the trailer, and would have to register it with the rent office. .You ahouto register the trailer within 30. days after you first rent it and include in your reg istration statement the rent for the space. Question: When I moved into iiry apartment I agreed to pay the landlord the rent asked without checking with your of fice to see if it was within the legal maximum you allow. Does that mean that I cannot now recover any of the overcharge if I am paying more than the max imum rent? Answer: No, it does not. You GARDEN TIME BY ROBERT SCHMIDT It is now time to Aiake plans for planting and to make selec tions of spring flowering bulbs They may be planted any time in- September, October or Novem ber. There are many kinds to choose, from including tulips, daffodils, crocus, hyacinths and Dutch iris. Of these there are many varieties and a wide range of colors to suit the fancy of any individual gardener. By selecting your varieties you may extend the blooming season over a pe riod of several weeks. That is especially*true of daffodils. In sandy or loose soils bulbs may be planted a little deeper than in tight clay soils. Daffo dils (narcissi) should be planted 6 to 7 inches deep in sandy loam, tulip and Dutch iris about S inches deep, hyacinths about 5 to 6 inches and crocus about 2 inches. Any good garden fertilizer may be used. It should be put into the soil where the bulbs are to. be planted but must not come into contact with the bulbs. There are many different types of narcissicommonly called daffodils of Jonquils. Some have small flat flowers, others have very large flowers with large yellow or white trumpets. Be sure .to .plant some of the “Golden Harvest'^ariety. It is on© >of the best. of the early mamoth yellows. “Beersheba” Mid “Roxanne” are popular large whites and 'Twfaik” is a, good double variety. < > .
