Jofuinie Baker Gets 3 to 5 YearsFor Attempting Rape Johnle Baker of fKlnston route four was given three to five year prison term In Superb* Court Tuesday afternoon after pleading nolo-contendre to a charge-of assault with Intent to commit rape. The crime was alledged to have taken place with a minor child. Baker was a tenant fanner up until Tuesday when he went to work with the state.
