default having been made in the
payment of the indebtedness there
by secured, and said deed of trust
being by the terms thereof sub
ject to foreclosure, and the under
signed trustee will offer for sale
at public auction to the highest
bidder for cash at the courthouse
door in Jones County. North Caro
lina, on March 31, 1958 at 12 o’
