Loaf Fruitcake (Makes t loaf cakes) 2Vs cups sifted all-purpose 1% cups (16-oz. can) flour , ' ' sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 (1-lb. jar) glaced fruits and 2 eggs, slightly beaten peels 2% cups (one 28-oz. jar) 1 cup coarsely chopped ready-to-uae mince meat walnut meats Butter two 9x5x2%-inch loaf pans. Line with wax paper; bub ter again. Sift flour and taking soda together. Mix eggs, mince jaeatf “whitened condensed milk, fruits and nuts together. Fold in sifted dry ingredients. Pour equal amounts of batter into the two loaf pans. Bake m slow oven (300"F.) for 1V» hours, or until done. Turn out of pan and remove wax paper. Turn right side up. Cool on cake rack.
