Coating Mix for Fish, this dish
has all the advantages of fried
fish, without the mess that fry
ing creates.
run Rolls Surprise
1 pound fillet of sole, cut in
3 pieces; 1 package seasoned
coating inix for fish; 6 cleaned
.raw medium' shrimp; %-inch
cubes Cheddar cheese; stuffed
olives.
Split each piece of fillet ver
tically- to form 2 long strips.
Coat with seasoned coating mix
as directed on package. Roll
each strip around a shrimp.
Place rolls, seam side down,
on greased baking sheet. Bake
at 400° for about 20 minutes
or until done. Arrange cheese
and olives on skewers; then
spear each fish roll with a
skewer. Makes 3 or 4 servings.
