Director of Development who can give energetic, experi
enced leadership to a program encompassing major gifts,
planned giving, endowment development, annual giving,
alumni/ae relations, publications, and public relations and
who has proven success in planning and executing a major
capital campaign. The Director of Development manages a
six-member professional staff, coordinates all school/sup
port group fund-raising, acts as staff liaison on the Board of
Trustees' Development Committee, and serves as a member
of the school's administrative team, reporting to the Head of
School and helping shape school vision and implement
school mission.
