RED HART WHEAT
Recently, we published the names
of all farmers who had reported that
they were growing Red Hart Wheat.
Since that time we have added to
our list the names of Mr. W. H. Hall,
of Woodsdale, Mr. J. M. Brewer, Rt.
1, Roxboro, and Mr. Carl'B. Adcock
Rt. 3, Roxboro. Mr. Adcock is very
enthusiastic about the outlook for
his crop, stating that he expected to
harvest 35 bu. per acre. We hope to
have a report from Mr. Hall and
Mr. Brewer as to the yield of their
crops, and the comparison of Red
Hart and the local variety of wheat
grown on their farms and in their
neighborhoods.
If there are any other farmers
growing Red Hart wheat, we hope
they will write a card to the county
agent so we can get a complete list
of all farmers in the county who are
growing Red Hart Wheat.
The names of growers given in
previous articles are: T. B. Davis,
Rt. 2, G. M. .Crowder. Woodsdale, Rt.
1, W. T. Kirby, Roxboro, O. L
Burch, Rt. 2, W. E. Broach, Rt. 1,
