Williams, Do ris Tatum and Virginia Howard, was enjoyed by all. After a short business session the meeting was turned over to Miss Velma Beam, who urged the buying of U. S. Saving Bonds. She also spoke about proper storage of foods, vegetables and clothing. She said, “I keep re ferring to the way the John B. Bradsher’s store their tomatoes, apples, and pears in their base ment.
