Funeral services were held Sat
urday at 2:30 p. m. in Homer
Chapel Baptist church for Mathew
Russell, 75, who died Friday after
noon at the home of a son, C. W
Russell.
The Rev. George Reynolds and
the Rev. F. L. Moore officiated
and burial was in the church cem
etery.
Pallbearers were Norman and
M illiam Russell, Roy Frady, How
ard Russell, Dock Jones and Mc
Kinley Frady.
Surviving are the son and two
daughters, Mrs. Jack Metcalf and
Mrs. McKinley Frady of Black
Mountain.
Harrison Funeral Home was in
charge.
