Mrs. Martha T. Perley was director. Between plays the audience was entertained by Ann Sawyer, Shir ley Mull and Madge Wilhide who sang several special numbers. Long coy, chairman, was in charge of the meeting. Mrs. H. W. Sanders presented a most interesting pro gram taken from the 23, 24 and 25 chapters of Acts. Officers Installed For Methodist Circle At the May meeting of Circle No. 2 of the Methodist church at the home of Mrs. D. P. Dinwiddie, the Rev. Thad McDonald installed Tickets On Sale For Indian Drama CHEROKEE, N. C.— Tickets went on sale here May 26 for the third summer-long run of the highly successful Cherokee Indian drama, “Unto These Hills.” The drama, recreating a for gotten page of American history will open June 28 for nine straight performances and thereafter will run nightly except Monday through Sept. 1. the following circle officers: chairman, Mrs. June Glenn Jr.; vice chairman, Mrs. Douglas Jones; secretary, Mrs. I.
