Lucas The program includes class sessions, general sessions, train ing sessions and discussion groups every day. On Tuesday at 2:20 p m., Percy L. Dunn, member oi the personnel division of the national council, spoke on "Funct ioning Manpower” and at 9:15 o'clock Tuesday night, Lex R. Lucas spoke on the subject, “Grad uation—Cub Scouting to Scouting to Exploring." Mr. Lucas is di rector of the editorial service from the national council. On Wednesday evening at 8:30 "Quality Program" was the topic for an address by Mr. Ammerman, the assistant director of field operations. On Thursday (today) at 2:00 p. m. Mr. Dobson and Mr. Lucas will speak on objectives: Mr Dobson speaking on "How to Keep Track of Pro rata Achieve ment" and Mr. Lucas speaking on Membership Growth.” Friday night at 8 o'clock, Ed Forio, public relations director of the Coca-Cola company will speak on public relations, after which there will be open discussion about this phase of work. ! Browne On Saturday morning at 9:15 o'clock, a panel, made up of home office and regional staff will hold a panel discussion about the 1953 national jamboree which will be held in California in June, 1953. Saturday evening at 6:30 o’clock the conference will close with a banquet. D. L. Turner, scout ex ecutive from Tallahassee, Fla., will he the toastmaster and Mr. Dob son will speak.
