More Reflections From Page 1 her chops at the thought of digging into the delicious fruit cake, she happened to glance toward the table. There, as big as life itself, was all the fruit. What she had was sweet dough baked. I promised not to tell her irame. —R— At what business place around Black Mountain is it possible to find an authority on just about any subject? One morning last week they were discussing mash which is used in making what some call Mountain Dew. Although I couldn’t pin anything on any certain person, some of the fel lows present seem to speak with more than a layman’s knowledge of how and why the operation works. —R— A certain young bachelor around town is having a rough time. Few months back he, it is said, delighted in calling his friends who had announced their intention of hitting the orange blossom trail, "suckers." Which proves that when the orange blossom get after you, your jig is up and you might as well admit it. —R— Merry Christmas to you and yours. u b J a I li 1 r 0 Mias Bettie Allison, Atlanta, Ga., ( amved Wednesday to spend t Christmas with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Allison.
