LIBRARY HOURS: Mon., 6-8 p.m. Wed. & Sat., 3-6 p.m. Fri., 10-12 a.m. The Edge of the Sea, by Rachel Parson. This book, by the author sf The Sea Around Us, deals with the myriads of animals, tiny and larger, that inhabit the seaweeds along the coasts. The water jun gles, the dependence of life on the tides, and the struggle for exist ence there, are all as fascinating as her first volumn on the sea itself. The remarkable drawings by Bob Hines bring into clear focus the descriptions of crabs, barna cles, the forests of seaweed and the countless other denizens of the deep. Anyone who frequents the beaches should carry this book with him. MRS.
