They attended a week of con ferences in Greensboro, Aug. 3 Aug 7. The theme of the meeting was “Up to Date—Up to You.” , Mrs. C. Lee Revell, Revell Fin ishing school, Columbia, Ga., open ed the meeting with a talk, using the Importance of Charm as a top ic. Other professional people on the program during the week were: Miss Russell, editor of F.H.A. Teen Times magazine, Washington, D. C., Dr. Dorothy S. Lyle, National Institute of Dry Cleaning, Silver Springs, Md., Dr. Edwin S. Preston, State Board of Public Welfare, Raleigh, N. Miss Vera Price, a new teacher, is filling the vacancy on the fac ulty of Owen High school left by Mrs. Taylor. She comes from Mooresboro, N.
