Bea's Beauty Shoppe Has New Modern Look 1 1 Tin.' completion of the re modeling of Bea's Beauty Shoppe makes this popular place one of the nicest and most modern in the Valley. The entire building has been renovated, including paint ing. removal of a partition which divided the two main rooms, new tile for the floors, and new' lighting fixtures, a series of fluorescent tubes the entire length of the ceiling in the working and drying areas. In addition there are new chairs throughout. At the present time there are seven operators to accom modate the current business, with two more already sched uled to start sendee for the summer months. A new ser vice for the community, for those women who live out of town, or for last minute de cisions. is the drop-in-without appointment. There is always one operator who will be free to fill this duty. In spite of the completely new look of the shop, only two Monday mornings wras it neces sary to close the place be cause of space needed for the workmen. In addition to the regular beauty parlor work there is also a room to the rear of the shop in w’hich Stauffer reduc ing methods are employed, a lounge for the girls who are employed there, and a stock room. There are shelves filled with attractive items of china, glass ware, and jewelry on display, making up a gift shop which is also operated by the versa tile Mrs. Glover.
