The jury in the' case of Elijah Hick man versus Kutledge Lumber Com pany, of Kinston, rendered their ver dict yesterday which was to the effect that the plaintiff, was entitled to $310.30. While loading logs for the defend ant company Hickman sustained a broken leg.
