The young college set and the young f-ocial set of Shelby were there en masse and a most enjoyable evening was spent, games and music being the special amusements. The County Commis sioners have instructed me to force collection by May I'irst and after that date I will proceed, as is provided by law, to advertise and sell all property on which the taxes are not paid.
