Norman; thence with his line near
ly south 100 feet to a stake on north
edge of Graham street, his corner;
thence with street 25 feet to the be
ginning, containing 2500 square
feet.
The bidding on above described
lot will begin at $3,181.50.
Terms of sale: One-third cash,
balance due January 1. 1929. De
ferred payments to bear 6 per cent
interest and title reserved until
purchase price is paid in full. Pur
chaser to have option of paying all
cash on confirmation of sale.
