Byers and made a moat encourag
ing report. The citizen* and pa

liberally under the circumstances
and there seems to be no doubt
that by April 15, the date aet by
the chairman for the payment of
subscriptions, that the goal will be
in sight. We are asking each pa
tron of the school and each loyal
citizen of the city and county to
