April (>. Although he did not win
either first or second place in the
decision of the Judges. we feel
quite proud of his success. The title
of the declamation he rendered
was “The Little Drummer Boy."

rapid progress which was being
made in the preparation for farm
ing.
A number of young people from
this community attended a candy
pulling at the home of Mr. and
Mrs. T. E. Jackson near Patterson
Springs Saturday evening.
