The outlook for cotton in South Carolina and throughout the belt from a production standpoint is un usually good, except for the boll weevil threat. There epepars to be some difference of opinion as to tile extent of infestation by this pest. It is, of comj^e, recognized that weevils have emerged in large numbers, in proportion to the total going into hibernation and the survivors me breeding under generally favorable conditions. So That's It. • From The New York Times ) In fairness to Mr Graustein of the International Paper and Power company it has been suggested that he may be an ardent comic-st.ip tan and bought newspapers rig’-.i. and left in order to miss nothing Star Advertising Pays OPEN A SAVINGS \CCOUNT AT THE CLEVELAND BANK & TRUST CO.
