October 19, 1931, for the construction of 75 man prison camps located as follows: near Hazelwood, Haywood County : 1 mile south of Kenansville, at present camp site on Route 40, Duplin County; on western citv limits of Warren ton Warren County; H miles northeast of Rockingham Richmond County; Fair Grounds at Siler City. Chatham County; for the construction of 100 man prison camps lo cated as follows: 1 mile from Mt. Pleasant on Route 74 to ward Albemarle. Cabarrus County ; 3.V miles south of New ton, at present Highway Garage on Route 16, Catawba Coun ty; just out of Shelby and adjacent to the Fait- Grounds, Cleveland County; and for the construction of Prisoners’ Quarters and dining hall for 75 man camp 1 mile north of Jackson at old County Home on Route 305, Northampton County.
