FLINT, MICHIGAN When Chevrolet announced price reductions several weeks ago,1 something important happened . . . some thing of vital concern to every buyer of a low-priced car: Chevrolet stepped into the moat favorable price position it has enjoyed in a long time! i Reductions amounting to as much as $50—the most substantial price cuts announced in the low-price field this year— dropped Chevrolet’s base price to a new low figure of $465. Just compare this price — compare any Chevrolet price—with those of other cars. Then compare what you get for what you pay! There’ll be no question in your mind which car to buy, once you do. Chevrolet offers patented Knee-Action—and others do not! Chevrolet alone has a Fisher body! And the same thing applies to cable-controlled brakes,Y-K frame, shock-proof steering, and 80-horsepower, valve-in-head, six-cylinder engine. Chevrolet gives you far more features—far finer quality —a far better name for dependability. Yet the price of the Chevrolet Standard is lower than that of any other 6ix or, of course, any eight in the world. CHEVROLET MOTOR COMPANY.
