The shoot was held Dec. 12 at Siiallotte Middle School, with three girls and three boys from each school competing. Each threw sets of 10 balls, then 15 balLs, from the free throw line. High scorer of the day was Waccainaw's Chris Kuss, who made 19 of 25 shots. Boys' and girls' division winners were iccugiuzcu in eacn 01 inree age categories: 8-9; 10-11; and 12-13. The six will advance to district competition on Feb. 7 in New Rem. according to Aram Noorigian, coordinator. District winners advance to the state contest.
