' TRIPP 0* Shallotte ser PA13LINE TRff ed lor 15 years as tow Faces Of Brunswick County BY MARJORIE MEGIVERN This sprawling county, budding into one of the eastern seaboard’s most popular resort areas, is famous for its beaches. The climate’s great, too, and the seafood. There is beauty everywhere. But any place becomes well loved mostly because of its people, and Brunswick County shines there, as well. Its people are a wonderful mix of races, ages, and even places of origin, as oldtimers are joined by newcomers in growing numbers. Representative faces reflecting this mix would require many pages, but here are a few of the folks who make Brunswick County a good place to be.
