June 10, at 5 p.m. at Jennies Branch
Baptist Church at Ocean Isle Beach.
The ceremony was performed by
Elder Wiliford C. Mintz, cousin of the
bride.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Jimmy H. Pierce of
Thomasboro and the granddaughter
of Nellie Mcl^amb of Calabash and
the late Robert McLamb.
The groom is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. Jimmy E. Brown of Evergreen
and the grandson of Marie Brown
and her late husband.

gown and around the scalloped
cathedral train.

aunt. The bride chose a delicate bouquet
of bridal white roses and carnations
accented with pearls and laced
with iridescent ribbon.
Serving as the bride's matron of
honor was her cousin, Chellie
McDowell of Thomasboro.
Bridesmaids were Tami Williams, a
friend of the bride, and Christy Chap
pen, Michelle Kenton, Uelana Stout,
Jennie Stout and Amy Bennett,
cousins of the bride.
The matron of honor wore a mauve
lace and satin Southern belle style
formal gown. The off-the-shoulder
bodice was complimented with an
overlay lace full skirt. A matching
Tara hat was accented with satin
roses and pearls.
She carried an airy arrangement of
mauve roses sprayed on a white lace
fan and accented with pearls and
iridescent ribbon. Her jewelry was a
pearl necklace and matching pearl
earrings. Mauve shoes completed the
ensemble.
