Seminar Aimed At Potential
Small Business Developers
A two-part seminar offered by the
Small Business Center at Bruns
wick Community College will help
participants interested in develop
ing a small business of their own.
Sessions Monday and Tuesday,
Nov. 27 and 28 from 6:30 p.m. to
9:30 p.m. will address key ques
tions related to Gelling Into Busi
ness and Slaying In Business.
Both sessions will be held in the
ALS building at the main campus
north of Supply.
Presenter Larry Wolfe will pro
vide questions to help participants
determine whether they want to be
in business, and will explore areas
for concentration in order to grow a
business to a successful level.
During Monday's session partici
pans will get to analyze why they
want to be in business as well as ba
sics of market research and cus
tomer viewpoint
During Tuesday's session, partici
pants will begin developing a busi
ness plan, looking at markets, prod
ucts and services, sales plans and fi
nancial data to determine the
chances of success for their enter
prise, and where to get more infor
mation and help.
The seminar is funded by a state
grant and offered to participants at
no charge. However, pre-registra
