Tommy and Annett Rrown ! 3 Browns Renew Wedding Vows Wanda Anncu Hartscll Brown and Tommy Walter Brown of Lake tree Shores, Ocean Isle Beach, re newed their wedding vows after 25 years of marriage in an Aug. 5 cere mony at Easiside Assembly, Shal lotlc. The pastor, Bobby Causey, offici ated the ceremony in which the cou ple exchanged vows and shared communion together. They were married Aug. 28, 1965, in Chester field, S.C. Music was provided by Rodney Williams, who sang Hallelujah, Jesus, He Alone Is Our King and Wind Beneath My Wings. Bobby and Jane Causey sang God Gave Me You. Mrs. Brown wore a tea-length, baby blue silk gossn with a white bouquet of flowers and white heels. She carried two long-stemmed peach roses with lace and ribbons. Brown wore a white sportcoat, pink shirt, navy blue pants and a peach boutonniere. The coupie's daughters, Traccy McKcithan and Amy Brown, served as matron and maid of honor re spectively. The matron of honor wore a peach silk dress with a white brocade of flowers and white heels. She carried a long-stemmed pcach rose. The maid of honor wore a r light blue silk dress with a white bouquet of flowers and white heels. The Browns' granddaughter, Laura McKcithan, wore a white christening dress and a headband of babies' breath and peach roses w ith ribbons and lace. Mis. Brown is the daugluci oi James and Mildred Hartsell of Albemarle. Her mother wore a Navy blue and white suit with peiirls, and her father wore a dark gray suit. Brown is the son of the late Wil liam Walter and Laura Ann Brown. Guests included Mrs. Brown's friends, Lois Poplin of New London and Peggy Christy of Salisbury; her brother, Jimmy Hartsell of Albe marle, and his son, Eric; Lullic Dick of Charlotte, and her daughters, Teresa and Lisa; and Brown's sister, Kathryn Knotts of New Bern, and her hasband, John, and daughter, Kathy. A reception in the church fellow ship hall with a wedding cake and refreshments followed the ceremo ny. The Browns both graduated from North Stanly High School in New London. Mrs. Brown also graduated from Brunswick Technical College in 1981.
