Given in marriage by her parents, the bride was escorted by her father. She wore a formal white satin gown that featured a fitted bodice with sweetheart neckline. Bodice and skirt were detailed in alencon lace and hand-beaded with pearls and iridescent sequins. The basque waistline was accented with a satin Ixiw at the back panel and contin ued into a cathedral train, which was appliqucd with Alcncon lacc. Her elbow-length veil was at tached to a band of white flowers and clustered pearls. Veil and gown were fashioned by Shirley Cumbec of Winnabow. The bride carried a bouquet of red and white roses and Christmas greenery, centered with an orchid. Joellcn Best of Ayden served as maid of honor Bridesmaids were Lori Bryant of Ixland. A special wedding guest from out of town was the bride's grandmoth er, Frances Booth. Immediately after the ceremony, the bride's family hosted a reception in the church fellowship hall. The bride is a graduate of South Brunswick High School and attend ed Cape Fear Community College. The groom is a graduate of South Brunswick High School and is serv ing in the U.S. Air Force at Cannon Air Force Base, Clovis, NA1.
