Brunswick Hospital. She was a cos
metologist.

Dixon and the Rev. Tructt Rogers
officiating. Burial was in Galloway
Cemetery.
She was a daughter of the late
Thomas Jefferson and Ella Gore In
man.

Dorothy Ford Teeters, 78, of

Las Vegas, Nev.

HANNAH KELLY CRISCO
Hannah Kelly Crisco, 81, of
Route 2, Bolivia, died April 3 in
New Hanover Memorial Regional
Mcdical Center. Wilmington.
The funeral was April 5 at Faith
Baptist Church, with the Rev. Leo
Cannon and the Rev. Tom Walton in
charge. Burial was in Forest Lawn
Cemetery.
Mrs. Crisco was born in Jcsup,
Ga., on April 7, 1909, the daughter
of the late John Arlic Kelly and
Henrietta Petty Kelly. She was a
member of Faith Baptist Church of
Bolivia.
She was preceded in death by her
husband, Luther Henry Crisco.
Survivors include four sons. Wil
liam Harold Crisco of Rocky Point,
Luther Junior Crisco and Henry
Clay Crisco, both of Riegelwood
and Kelly Dean Crisco of Bolivia;
two daughters, Dclorcs C. Larkins
of Wilmington and Carolyn C.
Bowling of Bolivia; five stepchil
dren, Billy Crisco, Mary Evelyn

ROBERT JKRRY SULLIVAN
Robert Jerry Sullivan, formerly
of Winnabow, died March 17 in San
Francisco, Calif. He was 50 years
old.
A memorial service was held
April 7 at Zion United Methodist
Church at Town Creek, with the
Rev. Billy Pccle officiating.
Sullivan was born in Wilmington
on Sept. 23, 1941, the son of the
late Robert and Florence Gore Sul
livan.
He was a graduate of Bolivia
High School, attended the Univer
sity of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill and graduated from Georgia
Technical University, Atlanta, Ga.
Survivors include a nephew, Rob
bie Lanier of Boiling Spring Lakes,
and a niece, Gaye L. Flowers of Lc
land.
LAVERN THOMPKINS
LaVem Thompkins, 67, of Tam
pa, Fla., and formerly of Shallotic,
died March 30 in his home follow
ing an illness.
The funeral was held April 4 at
Jennings Funeral Home Chapel,
Tampa, with Elder Larry Wolfe offi

The program begins at 5 p.m. and
the public is invited to attend. This
program has great potential.

throughout nature and that pattern is
reflected in the membership of Cedar
Grove Missionary Baptist Church.

Tillman was bom Feb. 13, 1915,
in Wayne County, the son of the late
Burke Head and Lilly Mac
Thompson Tillman Sr. He was a
U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
He was a farmer and had worked as
a mail carrier.
Survivors include a brother,
Wilbur B. Tillman of Leland; two
sisters, Blanche R. Kinser of
Wilmington and Ruth T. James of
Raleigh; and several nieces and
nephews.
